School Visits

In a 2019 survey, The Literacy Trust found that pupils who have received author visits experience more enjoyment and more confidence in their reading*.

I am pleased to offer both online and in-person visits; I have a full UK driving licence and and am open to travel. I also hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate.

In-person sessions may be booked for a half or full day including an assembly, Key Stage 2 writing workshops, Q&A and a book-signing session.

Online sessions can include a presentation, reading, Q&A and a writing activity to continue with after the video call.

For further information, availability and pricing, please get in touch through my contact page.

Thank you so much for such a lovely day.  You had a good rapport with the children, and they thoroughly enjoyed the writing tasks-you inspired them and created a purposeful buzz whilst they wrote!  They also enjoyed listening to excerpts from your book and hearing about your new book coming up!  They also loved hearing from you as an author during the Whole School Assembly too.”
